Some Mt Kenya leaders and losers of the last polls have held meetings with the NASA leader which did not go well with the allies of William Samoei Ruto and other leaders from the Rift Valley region. This was after a few days after the members held a meeting in the Weston hotel in Nairobi to discuss looming disunity among the leaders of the party.

Murkomen had accused some of the members in the State house of working hard to curtail the ambition of the DP Ruto of ascending to presidency.

The Jubilee secretary general Raphael Tuju maintained that the party is still intact and that was some leaders disagreeing openly which is very normal and accepted.

He also said that there was no meeting planned for the Jubilee party members and the story of a planned meeting was a media creation.
